| Express Lube | | Our recently introduced drive-through Express Lube service has proven to be very popular. No appointment necessary, you simply drive in your car. We quickly and efficiently change your oil and check your air filter, fluid levels and tire pressure. | | Booking Service Appointments |  | We recommend appointments whenever possible. Saturdays are busy, so please book an appointment early in the week where possible. For your convenience, we offer on-line service appointment booking. With or without an appointment, when bringing your vehicle in for service please drive directly to the left side of the dealership upon entering. When picking your vehicle up, you can go right to the Service counter (or to the Showroom Reception desk, if after regular Service hours). | | | Shuttle Bus | | Our Shuttle Bus will take you to work, home or anywhere else in town you need to be while your vehicle is in for service. The Shuttle leaves Tony Graham Nissan at 8:10 am, starting with Kanata or further West then traveling Eastbound for your destination, after which there is no set schedule. The Service Shuttle runs until 4:00 pm Monday to Friday. | | Late Night/Early Bird Drop-Off | | If you can't drop your vehicle off during our regular service hours, you can still have your vehicle waiting for us: park in "Customer Parking", fill out an envelope located in the box on the Service door, enclose your keys and drop the envelope through the slot. | | "Open Door Policy" | | We want you to feel comfortable trusting your vehicle to us. Our Open Door Policy means that if you ever have any questions about the work we're doing on your vehicle, or don't understand any aspect of the servicing, we'll let you see first-hand what we are doing, and why.
